About Iron and Ember Events

Iron and Ember Events is a beautiful event space located in Carmel, Indiana. The wedding venue sits on a golf course and is nestled inside a neighborhood. It just feels very relaxed here! What I loved about the venue was the neutral, light, and airy colors to it – which is just great for photos! Iron and Ember Events allows you to host other events besides weddings! It can be a great spot for baby showers, corporate events, and other celebrations!

Another great thing about Iron and Ember events is that it is has a very modern vibe. It’s fully and newly renovated and offers a bit of an industrial look. There’s lots of natural light that comes in (perfect me for as a light and airy/colorful photographer!) The venue’s website has plenty of information on their FAQs and catering/DJ preferences. About the Styled Event

Styled wedding events, or also known as styled shoots, are a great opportunity for wedding vendors to gather and get their creative juices going! It’s a full editorial photoshoot, meaning we have full creative control over the look and style of the wedding. I love doing these events simply because it’s a great way to meet other vendors and also photograph unique color patterns and schemes. Typically, real couples are found so that there’s a real connection between the bride and groom. This particular event took place in March of 2023. It was a fairly cold and rainy day (as does happen often in the Midwest in March!) so all of our photos were taken inside the beautiful venue.

The styled wedding shoot was fully inspired by fairy tale – lots of pinks, blues and purples (also perfect for a spring color palette!) We started off with beautiful details shots (they had a full tablespace and flat lay area). Then we took photos of a gorgeous model in her wedding dress, and then worked with the couple (who was recently married!) The venue staff was very nice and friendly as we worked with each of the models and placed them around the venue for some gorgeous photographs!

As you can see, Iron and Ember Events offers quite a bit of space just inside! The surrounding area outside was beautiful, just unfortunately the weather didn’t play nicely!
