About the Toledo Ohio Wedding Day

Jade and Austin’s wedding was a fun day! The day took place in Tiffin, Ohio, a smaller town about an hour outside of Toledo. (Friendly reminder, I don’t just do Cincinnati weddings but also Toledo, Ohio weddings!) The couple had actually found me via a styled shoot from the year before, so it was very exciting to know that out of the photographers there that day, they picked me! It’s great to see the personalities of the couples I work with. Jade and Austin display such a lovely and fun interaction between the two. When planning their Toledo, Ohio area wedding, they knew they wanted something relaxing, fun, beautiful, inviting, and warm. While summer in Ohio can be warm, it can be a great time of the year to get married since they days are long!

We started the morning with getting ready at the church. Jade had her family and bridesmaids along with her in the morning (fun robe photos included!) Austin also got ready at the church with his groomsmen and family. I started with details shots (always some of my fave!) and then we did a father/daughter first look. That was such a special moment!

Toledo Ohio Area Wedding: Tilly’s Banquet Hall Near Tiffin

Their wedding was held at Tilly’s – which you can find the venue information here. Note, they do not have a website, so checking out their Google Business Page will be helpful (sorry, I couldn’t link that here!)

Shortly after that they said I-Do in a lovely church ceremony. They were both so sweet as they exchanged vows – I even caught a few tears! After their grand exit from the church, we went to downtown Tiffin for photos with the bridal party. We had fun on the bird scooters (what a fun wedding photo idea!) and the weather played nicely too. After photos with the bridal party and some of the bride and groom in the downtown Tiffin park, we went to the final wedding venue which was Tilly’s Banquet Hall. They started their reception with intros, a heart whelming and funny speech from Jade’s father, and then a slideshow of the couple. From the cake, to toasts, to dancing, this outdoor reception was a blast!

We concluded the evening with additional photos of the bride and groom and then ended with a sparkler exit! As a couple, they are so sweet and loving toward one another. I love finding couples that you can immediately see the spark between the two – so much romance and love! In addition to that – it was great to see the amazing love from both of their families.
