The Steam Plant

The Grand Hall alone can host around 275 guests with a dance floor but ultimately around 300-400 depending on the layout of the reception space.
The Steam Plant features soaring ceilings and can comfortably host large weddings, with space for a seated dinner and dance floor for a few hundred guests depending on the layout. One of the biggest perks of the Steam Plant is how many options it gives couples, from an outdoor courtyard and patio that work beautifully for ceremonies or cocktail hour, to multiple indoor spaces that allow the day to flow naturally without guests feeling crowded. It’s a great choice if you want a downtown venue that feels bold, romantic, and full of history.

The space can host up to 230 guests for a seated wedding reception, which allows the room to feel full and lively while still photographing clean and balanced.
